Railway Industry Microphones
ASL Safety & Security has created a range of microphones specifically to meet the requirements of the railway industry, but which may also be used in other applications.
SMC01F / SMC01G / Variants Station Master’s Console
The SMC01F and SMC01G are robust desk consoles, and are designed to work with the whole range of ASL Safety & Security Voice Alarm and Public Address systems. The SMC01 is typically used by the Station Master for making announcements to any of the PA/VA zones within a station.
SMC02G/SMC02F/Variants Station Master’s Console
The SMC02G and SMC02F are robust flush mounting Station Master’s Consoles suitable for mounting in 19” DIN equipment racks or other flat surfaces. The SMC02G has a panel mounted gooseneck microphone with a console mounted Push To Talk switch, and the SMC02F has a fist microphone with integral Push To Talk switch.
SAP02 Station Announcement Point
The SAP02 Station Announcement Point is housed in an IP65 vandal resistant, lockable wall-mounting box. It is designed to work with the whole range of ASL Safety & Security Voice Alarm and Public Address systems, and is normally used for making announcements to station platforms.
SMS02 SMS Microphone
The SMS02 Microphone is a sloping desk console with a flexible gooseneck microphone. It is designed to work with the SMS/HCI and PA/VA Systems for London Underground and similar installations. It will typically be used by the Station Master for making announcements using the PA/VA system under the routing control of the SMS system. It may also be used for recording announcements in the SMS system.
SMS03 SMS Microphone
The SMS03 Station Management System Microphone is a sloping desk console with a flexible gooseneck microphone. It is designed to work with the SMS/HCI/MMI and PA/VA Systems for London Underground and similar installations. It will typically be used by the Station Master for making announcements using the PA/VA system under the routing control of the SMS system. It may also be used for recording announcements in the SMS system.
SMS04 SMS Microphone with PTT Button
The SMS04 Station Management System Microphone is a sloping desk console with a flexible gooseneck microphone.
