These services range from ad-hoc over the telephone advice on troubleshooting and system requirements through to ongoing maintenance agreements, or providing comprehensive documentation.
ASL Safety & Security can also provide after-sales service and repair facilities on a second or third line basis, as required. You can also log a query with your ASL Safety & Security system.
Dial Up Remote Diagnostics
If our remote diagnostics facility is incorporated within a system then we can directly interrogate a system over the modem link, which may avoid a site trip, or at least can ensure that the correct spares and equipment are carried. This software can be used by ASL Safety & Security , and is also available for customers' own support use.
